Hello, my name is Shelly.
I used to work as a concierge at a hotel and service apartments for over 10 years and from this year, I have been working as a tour director leading a group of people from overseas showing major sightseeing spots in Japan.
I used to live in the US from 1-5 year old and from 5th grade until I graduated high school. So knowing the difference, I would like to show you the interesting Japanese culture.
The best thing I love about guiding the guests from overseas, is when I hear that they enjoyed my tour so much that they would like to visit Japan again. It keeps me motivated to do better guiding.
