Fantastic day seeing essential neighborhoods on our “list”. From modern art to Japanese traditional crafts emporium to high street to trendy we saw and (even shopped) it all!
We upgraded to the private car layover tour and it was a fantastic way to hit the highlights of Tokyo during our 11 hr layover at Haneda.
Tracy was very accommodating no matter the situation. She never pressured us on time. For that matter she was consistently reassuring us to not worry about the time.
Tony was a great guide and very easy to talk with. He replies fast on emails and whatsapp. The tour itinerary is flexible and well designed on our schedule.

Tony is a very experienced guide who speaks good English. He tells us about the background and history of the places he brings us. We wouldn’t have known the facts if we travelled alone.
We used Japan Travel Assist for four cities we visited over 2 weeks: Tokyo, Mt. Fuji/Hakone, Kyoto, and Osaka. We had a great time with our all of our guides (Fumi, Tony, and Mimmy).
