I had a 15 hr layover in Tokyo. Fumie was my guide. She helped me feel comfortable right from the beginning. She had communicated with me via email so had prepared an itinerary very customized to my needs. She knew I did not have Yens she paid for everything and in the end I was able to pay her back using square.
The conversations were authentic. Overall a great experience.
