I cannot recommend this tour company enough, and my guide Fumi was absolutely amazing! My flight got delayed but she managed to still make sure I got to see so many things in my shortened time. I had some different requests and she made sure we got to do everything I really wanted to do. She even made sure that at the end of our tour I got to the correct ticket counter and through security. Because we coordinated ahead of time on the trip to customize it for me, it already felt like we were friends when we met. This trip will stay in my memory forever and I will be using this company again on my next lay over!!
