We would absolutely book another tour with Tony and Fumi. They were both very helpful in planning a great day trip to try to see Mr. Fuji and Hakone. It was easy to communicate with Tony by email. With their input, we were able to customize our tour and choose the places that most interested us, instead of going along with a larger bus group. Fumi was an excellent guide and so nice. She made us each a beautiful origami parting gift and taught us some Japanese words.
