My name is Sophia, and I work as a tour guide.
I truly enjoy guiding guests and taking them to the places where I live, sharing what everyday life here looks like.
To me, travel is not just about visiting a destination. It’s about discovering how history and culture are rooted in the daily lives of the people who live there. I believe that learning this makes travel far more enjoyable—and enriches your own life as well.
With that passion in mind, I guide visitors throughout the Kansai area.
Whether it’s those Instagram-famous spots you’ve always been curious about, theme parks where you can play like a kid again, hidden historical gems even locals rarely visit, hiking trails tucked inside the city, coastal cycling routes, hot springs once frequented by samurai, peaceful Buddhist statues that soothe the heart, or high-quality Japanese-made jewelry and cosmetic shopping—whatever you’re looking for, you can leave it to me.
And I must not forget to mention: I’m from Kobe.
I’m such a meat lover that I sometimes grill yakiniku alone in my family’s empty kitchen during the day.
If you want delicious and reasonably priced Kobe beef, I’ll take you to the perfect place.
