Reviews

This was a lovely tour
This was a lovely tour for someone like myself who had never been to any place in Japan before. I went with the proposed plan as I had no strong preference on where I went, except that I wanted to spend some time outside instead of waiting in the airport for 9 hours. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed during the tour. My guide (Fumi) was extremely knowledgeable (and even brought laminated education materials which I love) and welcoming. I felt like I got a great snapshot of Tokyo and places that I would love to see when I come back in the future. It’s worth the time and money!

Our guide Tracy was the perfect host
Witty and kind, she communicated a deep love for her culture and city. Professional and decorous, yet open and revealing, she gave us excellent history and moving personal anecdotes. We felt we learned much and made a friend as well. Tracy also accommodated our desire to make a couple of last-second changes in our tour destinations, which was greatly appreciated, while still getting us to everywhere on the itinerary. We had a blast and look forward to our next adventure with Travel Assist Japan.

layover on Tokyo and we’re so grateful
We had a layover on Tokyo and we’re so grateful Tony was able to squeeze us in for a tour. He did his best to show us as much as possible in the short time we were there. We loved all the knowledge and history that he shared with us too. He even took us to one of his favorite lunch places and we had the best ramen ever. Thank you again Tony for taking such good care of us and accommodating our layover on such short notice.
